Serving on an AAST committee isn’t just a commitment—it’s an opportunity to collaborate with peers and content experts, shape the future of sleep technology, and expand your professional network. Volunteering can be incredibly rewarding—gaining insights from colleagues, contributing to meaningful initiatives, and helping advance the AAST.
There are opportunities across various committees, including editorial, standards and guidelines, accreditation, and education. Committees meet virtually each month, with additional project-based work between sessions. Applicants will be notified of committee assignments in April. Volunteers will begin their committee appointments in June, following the Annual Membership Meeting on June 14, 2026, held during the AAST 2026 Annual Meeting at the Baltimore Convention Center in Baltimore, MD.
